WHO WE ARE

Scofflaw Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Atlanta metro area. Beginning in a basement, Scofflaw has grown exponentially over the past five years with growth into 5 states and innovative areas within the adult beverage industry. 

 

WHO YOU ARE

We’re searching for an independent self-starter with creative ideas and a hands-on learner. Knowledge of beer is a plus, and bonus for cocktail or whiskey knowledge. You should be able to work efficiently on your own, as well as with a group. We’re a small company, so you’ll work directly with members of every department, as well as get face time with important players in the company… and industry. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who is looking to grow with us.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social media coordination for all three Scofflaw brands: Scofflaw Brewing Co, Flippin Bird Brands Co, and All Nations Whiskey
  • Content creation including TikTok/reels & photography
  • Monitor social media channels
  • Graphic design, including sales support

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years social media experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting
  • Knowledge of photography/video editing
  • Provide own laptop

South Carolina Territory Manager

Scofflaw Brewing is growing rapidly and is expanding their footprint in the SE and is looking to add members to our sales team. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are excited by the prospect of helping us build new markets and relationships. If you love craft beer and are interested in working for a fast growing brewery – this opportunity is for you.

We have position(s) open based in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities
Maintain and provide service for current customer base within sales territory
Develop new Scofflaw accounts within sales territory
Communicate regularly with distributor Sales Reps in Territory
Plan and execute weekly plans for Market/Account visits
Tell the Scofflaw story through events in the marketplace highlighting our unique products including tasting events, tap takeovers, as well as consumer and staff education.
Regular distributor representative work withs in market

Qualifications
2+ Years sales experience, preferably in the alcohol or hospitality industry
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Self Motivated, competitive, energetic, and confident
Perform administrative duties in a timely manner including pre-plans, recaps, expense reports, calendar
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Time Management Skills
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Merchandise Associate

STARTING PAY: $15/hr

Love beer & cocktails, but especially love merch? We’re looking for individuals to maintain and run our merchandise booths at both of our taproom locations: Scofflaw Brewery & Dr. Scofflaw’s at the Works ATL.

STARTING PAY: $8/hr + tips

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated go-getter that’s ready to get their hands dirty with the potential to grow within the company. As our beer-tenders’ (for now) extra set of hands, you’ll be keeping everything behind the bar smooth and easy — an essential job!

This position will be at our Dr. Scofflaw’s location at the Works ATL. Currently, only beer is being served but this will change in the near future.

Packaging Technician

A Packaging Technician’s primary role is to package craft beverages and prepare them for shipment to customers. General responsibilities include:

  • Operating packaging equipment safely and efficiently, including setup, cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Loading and unloading vans with forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Logging and maintaining records
  • Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facility
  • Verifying quality of final packaging products
  • Operating automated process systems
  • Following safety, quality, and operating procedures

Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, this person works as part of the production team at one of the four main stations of packaging. The assigned station will change to match the production schedule. Skills and abilities needed to be successful in this position include:

  • Forklift operation – must be or become certified – will train the right person
  • On the job training for heavy equipment operation, hazardous materials handling, and general safety practices in food and manufacturing
  • Ability to perform time-sensitive, fast-paced, physically demanding activity
  • Ability to stack 40 lbs. cases and lift kegs weighing up to 170 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a noisy environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects such as boxes of labels
