Back to the lab for trying out another new hop for our repertoire! This time the featured Hop is Alora with notes of Apricot, Peach, Yuzu, and melon trying out for the first time in an IPA.

Your quest is over, weary traveler. The Juice is here and filled with our favorite Citra and Mosaic Hops then lavishly Dry Hopped with Azacca for a Tropical zing. Your courage will be rewarded with this hazy treasure, a hoard of lush tropical gems and sparkling golden citrus. But don’t rest for long—the next adventure lurks beyond that door and only you can face it. Ready to play again?

This deliciously hazy IPA is a delightful mix of two of our favorite hops: Citra and Mosaic. We use wheat and oats to help deliver just the right amount of haziness. To finish it off, we double dry hopped it with even more Citra and Mosaic.

Nice Beer? We think so! Beer from when beer was beer and for when beer should be just beer. The right choice, the choicest choice. Some have even said it's too damn Nice. We say there's no such thing!

Case closed. You found the perfect Double IPA. Intensely cirtrusy with a zingy aroma and bittersweet boozy tingle. The only offense here is not trying it twice.

In collaboration with Simpson's Malt we took on this classic English beer style using all English Malt in something slightly out of character from what we typically brew!
